Dr. Abhinandan Surgonda Patil
Dr. Abhinandan S. Patil is a plant breeder and geneticist working for Agricultural Research Organization-Volcani center, Israel. His research work focused on agricultural sciences, particularly research and development related to studying and improving plant-based crops like peanut, castor, safflower, mustard, Desmodium, wheat, drumstick, chickpea, finger-millet, capsicum/chili for yield and component traits via field, molecular and transgenic plant breeding. Currently working on Phenylalanine induced resistance in subtropical fruits.
